Does anyone think the b/c where you get four periods a year is bad?

I am on seasonique, and i get it four times a year and to be honest I HATE THIS B/C because i am on my second cycle with it and its like i missed two pills and my fiance went in me and i wont know whether or not i am pregnant till the end of december.... any suggestions or signs to know besides the prego test?





I have had one day where i spotted three days ago and it was like a pinkish brown? never had that one before... I mean seriously... this blows....

A test would be accurate around 20 days after the act of sex in question.
Reply:Actually i think it is bad, with regular birth control you have an increased risk for blood clots, but with this kind of birth control the risk is increased way passed the kind where you get a period every month.
Reply:i was on seasonale and then seasonique....same thing except seasonique is the new version....i took it for years and LOVED LOVED LOVED IT......depending on how long you have been on it you have nothing to worry about...as long as you arent taking any other meds that counter act with the pill...also if you become pregnant while on the pill you usually get really sick from it...just relax and take it easy...talk to you doc if your concerned but you should be fine...also although i took the pill for years when i got close to my period(like 2-3wks) before it was supposed to start i spotted...always did just something i got used to...but anyways talk to your doc.
