How can I tone my legs b/c I think they r fat...im only 12. plez dont tel me that im 2 young 2 worry about dat

im only 12. please dont tell me that im 2 young 2 worry about that because i worry about it. Most ppl just say that my legs are MUSCLAR. but i dont think so.

Run. Dance. Cardio really helps to tone your legs. Pick up an activity like dance or a sport such as tennis or soccer. Your too young to hit the gym but it is summer try swimming. Go to a park and run a few laps everyday. Ask your mom if she can enroll you in a dance class. Gymnastics is good too but can deffinetly give you a more muscular appearance. If you just want to have a more tone and slender look deffinetly run. Walking up and down stairs helps also.
Reply:walking is probably the best way to slim them down. every evening walk a couple blocks and you will notice a difference in probably a month or two. just don't over do it!
