It's not common knowledge if he does. She probably assumes he does b/c his ex, Pamela Anderson, does. But he hasn't come out publicly with this info AFAIK.





Adding: From the website provided by Your Best Friend, it's clear that the belief that he has it is coming from the accusation from Pamela Anderson that he knew he had it and didn't tell her. So basically, only he really knows - and he ain't saying.
