Whats that brazilian karate like movement that starts with a C (I think)?
Capoeira

It's not karate, that's Japanese. It's a dance - fighting art that grew out of native Brazilian, and African slave dances and fighting styles. The full form uses swords. The dancers play, and music is a big part of it. Almost nothing in common with karate, which is a lot of rigid air punching in staccatto timing and really gay.
Reply:it's not karate.and it's crapiero.
Reply:What you're lookin for is Capoiera.

it's usually set to music, is a very physical discipline with it's constant and sometimes unpredictable attacks and movements.

It can also incorporate many acrobatic techniques if the practitioner can utilize them well enough.

Many of the strikes are used with feints (which are usually set ups to make the opponent think the attack is coming in one direction but instead comes outside in another form) in an in and out motion move in quickly to strike and then feint outward only to strike in again.

I hjad a coworker that studied it several years ago and watched him at several tournaments which were usually held on a beach.

I just emailed Lili and she told me it's "chupachanga", hope I'm spelling it correctly.
